Join Our Team
We seek energetic and ambitious people to join our team as Independent Sales Consultants. Persons considered hard to employ, due to a criminal past, are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have exceptional service skills, the drive to be successful, and a teachable mentality.
You'll work with local small businesses to help them achieve their goals through our online marketplace and ad programs. You'll be responsible for identifying and contacting businesses throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin that would benefit from selling their products in the SG MarketPlace.
Success in this role is measured by exceeding monthly sales goals, honesty, professional ethics, staying ahead of certain daily metrics, asking probing questions, and anticipating customer objections. We provide the resources, training, and creative autonomy you'll need to help our clients grow their small businesses exponentially. With each SG MarketPlace sign-up, you've given a local small business an opportunity to get in the game.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity; you'll work as an independent contractor. Confident, ethical, and committed Sales Consultants will earn 25% commission on each Spiral Group, Inc. product and service they sell to new and existing clients.
We know it takes an especially dedicated person to work in sales, that's why we are committed to providing you with an enriching and rewarding opportunity. While our performance expectations are high, so is our dedication to your success. If you have what we're seeking, click here to apply now.

Optional Web Page
As a small business owner, you can quickly reach a local audience through your Spiral Group, Inc. SG MarketPlace Careers web page. Promote and sell your products and services while using this optional web page to recruit and sell your brand to local job seekers.
This can be the place where you differentiate your organization from competitors and sell the company as a place where potential employees may want to work. It's a section within your company's digital brochure and can work to compliment your efforts in social media and other recruitment strategies.
In the above section we have provided our own current job posting, but it's merely an example of how we have chosen to use this web page in our demo. When you join our marketplace you decide how you'll use this web page to your company's advantage. The following suggestions can help shape your Careers web page so people will want to work with you. 1. How will you use this page? Will you be posting jobs only? What type of content do you want employee testimonials, awards, company news?
2. Use your social media platforms to direct people to your SG MarketPlace Seller Page(s). Social media platforms are inexpensive and easy ways to connect with future candidates. Use them to share company success stories, promote your brand, and sell the business as a place to work.
3. What other information would you like to include? Perhaps information on campus recruiting visits or when your company will be at job fairs.
4. Include a “Reasons to Join Our Team” Section. (a) Work from home two days a week. (b) We offer free childcare. (c) We have a team night out every month. (d) We have an excellent training program. (e) We’ve just opened three new locations. (f) We're an industry leader. The best candidates are often concerned about benefits, career advancement, training, and industry reputation.
5. Make it feel inviting to people of all backgrounds. Make it interesting for current job seekers and intriguing for future job seekers.
6. Provide information on how to apply for jobs and how you prefer to hear from candidates. Those who visit your Careers web page may not be looking for a job at all, but they may learn something new about the company and pass on information to someone who is actively seeking employment.
7. Look at what your competitors are doing. Do you see something you like and could incorporate into your Careers web page? What can be added to yours that keeps you on track with competitors, or give you the edge?
Discover the right blend of content, visuals, and video, and we can help your Careers web page appeal to a larger local audience. You’re selling to job seekers on why they should want to work for you as much as they're supposed to sell themselves to you on why you should hire them. Following these tips can help differentiate your small business from competitors and promote the company as the place where top talent wants to work.
