Our Founder, Michelle Jones, developed a free online Employment Preparation Tool-Kit that's designed to teach Job Seekers how to compete in today’s labor market. Participants learn how to set realistic occupational goals; how to conduct occupational research; and how to develop a positive personal brand. As a Training Services Provider, our main goal is to help Job Seekers improve their organizational, decision-making, customer service, and other soft skills. These courses will help you develop skills that promote workplace success.
Using our EP Tool-Kit®, along with Job Speaker's Interview Preparation Videos, participants learn how to make use of the skills they already possess and how to communicate these to potential employers. We also offer instruction in telephone etiquette and how to request both personal and professional references from individuals who can attest to a Job Seeker's character and employability.
Being a Graduate from this online training program will look great on your resume. It will show employers that you’re committed to learning and obtaining new skills, which makes you a better candidate for more job opportunities. This is a self-paced training program. Dedicate just 4 hours a day for 5 consecutive days and you will be amazed at your ability to manage your time and become more goal-oriented.

Our module 'Landing a Job with a Criminal Record' can serve as an informative guide so the chances of landing a job may increase if you have a criminal past. Our Performance Management Course teaches you how to convince hiring managers of your professionalism, your ability to execute the duties of the position, and how you will begin contributing to your new workplace.
