Our CEO
Michelle Jones is the Founder and CEO of Spiral Group, Inc. She began developing the company's business model in April 2016 after serving time in a correctional facility. Her main goal is to make useful and benevolent contributions to individuals with a criminal past, who're willing to improve their circumstances by learning self-sufficiency through our community outreach program. These are also the candidates she seeks for the Independent Sales Consultant positions she created for her company.

Michelle became an ordained minister in April 2007. In lieu of a traditional church, she decided to execute her ministerial duties as a web developer, workplace training professional, and business operations consultant. She has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality and food-service industries as an hourly worker, cashier supervisor, assistant manager, general manager, trainer, training manager, business operations consultant, and ServSafe® Instructor & Proctor. She has worked with the following brands: Subway, Portillo's, Quiznos, Dock's Great Fish, Burger King, Chili's, Target, and Jeepers. She is also a certified Instructional Systems Designer.

As a Business Operations Consultant, Michelle evaluated and directed a multitude of franchised restaurants to ensure compliance with company statutes and increase profitability. She assisted franchise owners with attaining managerial and operational control via comprehensive training programs, auditing their financial records, increasing food safety awareness, and preventing health code violations. She also helped them reach local marketing objectives by determining their level of preparedness prior to rolling out campaigns, and by creating a variety of effectual promotional materials.
